About Us

Winchester Alaska, Inc. was formed in 1996 by Gerald L. (Jerry) Winchester.  After over 24 years of Design and Construction experience in Alaska, Mr. Winchester formed his own company to provide Architectural, Design/Build, and Project Management Services.   Our current staff includes:  Two Architects, Two intern Architects (each with over 5 years experience), one office person.

Over the years of Architectural, Design/Build and Construction Experience, Mr. Winchester has been Principal Architect, Project Managing Architect, or Construction Manager for over $280 million in facilities. The wide range of projects and experience completed by the staff of Winchester Alaska, Inc. insures that our clients receive the broadest level professional experience for their project to produce the most successful projects for their specific needs. 

The type of projects completed include: school renovation and upgrade, new school planning and project management, planning and designing major renovation of 40-50 year old schools, health care facilities, hotels, maintenance facilities, office buildings, resort development including land development, roads, airports, and utility infrastructure, parking buildings, and renovation of historic buildings.
